Lets Party UK will be referred to as the "SERVICE", “WE” or “US”.

Employees will be referred to as the “TEAM”.

Callers and users of the service will be referred to as “YOU” or “GUESTS”

ACCEPTANCE

By using the “SERVICE”, “YOU” agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to the “SERVICE”. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference to the Terms and Conditions.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Guests are required to inform door staff on arriving at venues that they are on the LETS PARTY UK guest list.

We cannot guarantee entry to Venues. Rights of admission are reserved for the Venue/Promoter.

We recommend that any attendance in groups should contain both male and females to ensure entry, in general venues tend to be suspicious of groups of single men.

We accept names added to guest lists up until 8pm on the night of the visit to the Venue.

A maximum of 2 guest lists may be used on a single night. If you add names to more than 2 guest lists the first 2 will only apply.

Guest lists maybe cancelled and new lists applied for; this must be done before 8pm on the event night.

We reserve the right to revoke a request at any point where the Terms and Conditions have not been adhered or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to.

Use of the “SERVICE” will require “GUESTS” to register. In return for use of the “SERVICE”, “GUESTS” agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when necessary or as prompted by the “SERVICE” or “TEAM”.

"WE" reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the “SERVICE” if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.

PRIVACY

Occasionally we will contact you to enquire about your experience of the “SERVICE” (All feedback will always be considered). Please read our privacy policy

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Lets Party UK be liable to any user or “GUESTS” on account of that user's use, misuse or reliance on the “SERVICE”.
Lets Party UK will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of the service;

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

“YOU” are entitled to use the information provided on the service for your own personal, private use. “YOU” may not use any data or information provided through the service in connection with any business or commercial undertaking.

ALTERATIONS AND MODIFACTIONS

Lets Party UK reserves the right, at its discretion, from time to time to make changes to the information provided on the “SERVICE”

CALLS TO US

Calls to our customer service number are charged at the advertised rate, changes to this rate maybe made at any time without prior consent.

We require callers to treat teams members with respect at all times. Do not threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse members of our “TEAM”. Please refrain from all expressions of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, foul language or profanity.

Calls made to "US" may be monitored or recorded for training purposes

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.

If you breach any of the above terms and conditions we reserve the right to deactivate your account immediately without prior notification.
